The definitive diagnosis of this condition is established by correlating the medical history and clinical examination along with histopathological interpretation of the lesion. We present a case report of a clinical variant of Grinspan's syndrome of a 48-year-old female patient with a significant clinical triad of Grinspan's syndrome.
